Bio, experience, rates, availability, qualifications and work history are entered by the caregiver themselves. We do not independently verify this content beyond the automated completeness check described below.
A caregiver’s profile only appears in search once every required field has been filled in and they’ve uploaded a photo and an ID document — our system checks this automatically and confirms the profile as complete. This is not a manual identity check, criminal record check, credit check, reference check, or verification of qualifications or work history; nobody reviews the uploaded ID document itself.
Caregivers Malaysia is operated by Agensi Pekerjaan GLC. The Site itself does not employ, supervise, insure, or take responsibility for any caregiver listed. A caregiver who completes a profile may be contacted and engaged directly by a family or care centre, or may separately be considered as a placement candidate by Agensi Pekerjaan GLC.
Before engaging a caregiver, meet them in person, check references, confirm any claimed qualifications directly with the issuing body, and use your own judgement. Do not rely solely on this Site.
